Cancellations and Returns

If you cancel, you must return the item to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the item is packaged adequately to protect against damage and are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession. If you fail to do so and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. If the item is not returned we will arrange collection and either charge the cost of collection or deduct the charge from the refund.
