Items are securely packed and despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, unless otherwise stated or agreed. We take full responsibility for the goods during transit.
You should normally expect to receive your item within 7 working days of your order. If the goods are delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
