Purchase of goods from the site is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. These comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure that you shop easily and with confidence. Please keep and print a copy for reference.
Placing an order
The listing of items on the site is an invitation only. If you wish to make an offer to purchase an item please contact us by telephone or email. We accept payment by electronic transfer, cheque or cash on delivery. A binding contract will not have been formed until full payment has been received.
Delivery
The delivery cost is specified on the item description page. Items are securely packed and despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, unless otherwise stated or agreed. You should normally expect to receive your item within 7 working days of your order. We take full responsibility for the goods during transit. If the goods are delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. We would be grateful if you would confirm safe receipt.
Cancellations and Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after delivery. To do this, please contact us by email or telephone. If you cancel, you must return the item to us at your own expense, unless the item was misdescribed. You must ensure that the item is packaged adequately to protect against damage and are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession. If you fail to do so and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. If the item is not returned we will arrange collection and either charge the cost of collection or deduct the charge from the refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
